1st Day at Mafraq @ Jordan

WINTER BREAK 2012 (4TH YEAR)

assalamualaikum
>> jot down some notes about my trip to Jordan

 ok, i think i'm busy now, so i'll upload my diary note..=)

mind map ni..hehe :)
 because i was traveling to the higher currency rates, so i must control my budget..hehe
1 Dinar = RM 4 = LE 8
*photos not in sequence**

Amman (on the way to Mafraq, a lot of olive trees)

Borg el-Arab Airport, Alexandria

raining~&cooold

sorry, this photo Fatihah found it on our flight back to Egypt.~ TEL AVIV! uhh

1st day, arrived, min's cousin came with jeep-like to take us to mafraq, we stayed at al-Bayt university hostel. Staying at hostel so must pay 2 Dinar/night ( I think k.fatimah payed for us..hehe..thx akak )

about after Asar, called taxi to pick us to Bala' (small town) to buy something to eat for tomorrow because we planned to visit Dead Sea and Madaba (Mount Nebo). I just bought two drinks and biscuits. K.fatimah aka k.Long bought breads, snacks and many more also treat us syawerma Jordan.

as I walked in to the market, I saw strawberries in transparent cuboid-shaped plastic and I asked myself why didn't they sold the strawberries in kilo?? wow, the price also emm, so alhamdulillah, I studied in Egypt, I bought strawberries 1 kilogram only  LE 2.50- LE 5 (about RM 1.25- RM 2.50)..=) so yummy&sweet!!
 I also bought Jordan simcard number, now I passed it to Muez because I have many free items (sms,call) left..

ooh, also bought sport shoes because we planned to take a look at Petra too. They said in Petra, we would climb the hard stones and if i put wedges for my feet, it would be dangerous, may fall down, slippery and yeahh, so i bought a pair also Min bought a pair too. Our shoes were similar, printed em ok not printed, but simple weaves i think, the difference was the lace. I want it orange while Min took the brown chocolate lace.

Also there, I met my primary school friend, wan aina syahida (ex-al-amin Kuala Lumpur)..hehe..She would be ustazah in future insyaallah..what a small world haa ;)

by taxi, returned hostel safely..

prepare our-self for the next day

Mafraq (Arabic المفرق Al-Mafraq, local dialects Mafrag or Mafra' , "crossroads") is the capital city of Mafraq Governorate, Jordan, located 80 Km to the north from the Jordanian capital Amman in crossroad to Syria to the north and Iraq to the east. It has 58,954 inhabitants (2000).[citation needed] Mafraq was also the location of a Transjordanian prisoner of war camp during the Arab-Israeli War, used to house soldiers taken from a Transjordanian victory at the Jewish quarter of East Jerusalem in 1948.

Dalam agama kita ISLAM hukum berzina, membunuh tanpa hak (kecuali dgn diizinkan syarak) dan membohong adalah berdosa besar..Tetapi dlm Syiah smua itu halal..Zina ditukar kpd istilah "nikah muta'ah", membohong ditukar kpd "Taqiyyah" manakala membunuh pula dihalalkan kpd golongan Sunni bahkan mendapat ganjaran pahala yg besar sesiapa yg menumpahkan darah Sunni..YA Allah, selamatkan Syria, amin..

Cara Kaunseling Rasulullah

assalamualaikum semua

Prosedur kaunseling aliran Barat menyebabkan kaunselor menyiasat punca-punca perceraian berlaku.

-- Hadith No. 862 dalam kitab Ringkasan Sahih Muslim

* "Apa yang berlaku sampai kamu dicerai talak tiga?"
* "Apa kesalahan kamu?"
* "Bila dia ceraikan kamu?"
* "Kamu bergaduhkah?"
* "Kamu yang minta ceraikah?"
* "Suami kamu ada isteri lainkah?"
* "Dia mabukkah waktu itu?"
* "Dia ada penyakit panas barankah?"
* "Dia tidak menyesalkah?"
* "Dia di mana sekarang?"
* "Berapa lama kamu sudah kahwin dengan dia?"
* "Berapa orang anak kamu?"

Perbuatan menyiasat punca-punca perceraian menyebabkan berlakunya 3 dosa:

1. Dosa kerana menyuruh orang supaya membuka aib.

3. Dosa kaunselor yang mendengari orang bercerita tentang perkara-perkara yang mengaibkan.

Dalam mazhab kaunseling cara Nabi Muhammad, kaunselor mencadangkan cara penyelesaian tanpa perlu mengetahui aib sesiapa pun.

Early coagulopathy in trauma patients
Injury, 01/24/2012

Floccard B et al. – Coagulopathy occurs very early after injury, before fluid administration, at the site of accident. Coagulation and fibrinolytic systems are activated early. The incidence of coagulopathy is high and its severity is related to the injury and not to hypoperfusion.
Methods

* Prospective, observational study investigating the on-scene coagulation profile and its time course.
* The authors studied 45 patients at the scene of the accident, before fluid administration, and on hospital admission and classified their coagulopathy using the International Society on Thrombosis and Haemostasis score during a 2-month period.
* Prothrombin time, activated partial thromboplastin time, fibrinogen concentration, factors II, V and VII activity, fibrin degradation products, antithrombin and protein C activities, platelet counts and base deficit were measured.

Results

* The median injury severity score was 25 (13-35).
* On-scene, coagulation status was abnormal in 56% of patients.
* Protein C activities were decreased in the trauma-associated coagulopathy group (p=.02).
* Drops in protein C activities were associated with changes in activated partial thromboplastin time, prothrombin time, fibrinogen concentration, factor V and antithrombin activities.
* Only factor V levels decreased significantly with the severity of the trauma.
* On hospital admission, coagulation status was abnormal in 60% of patients.
* The on-scene coagulopathy was spontaneously normalised only in 2 patients whereas others had the same or a poorer coagulopathy status.
* All parameters of coagulation were significantly abnormal comparing to the on-scene phase.
* Decreases in protein C activities were related to the coagulation status (p<.0001) and changes in other coagulation parameters. * Patients with base deficit ≤-6mmol/L had changes in antithrombin, factor V and protein C activities but no significant coagulopathy.

( Surah al-Jumuah ayat : 2 )

Use Green Tea to Reduce Hair loss?

Produced from the plant Camellia sinensis, green tea is basically a gift from China to the world.
India has now turned to be the most popular factory in refining the flavour of tea, and accounts for its maximum export. Scientists say that you need to sip tea at least three times a day for enjoying its benefits, which includes good blood circulation, prevention of cardiovascular diseases, lowering your blood cholesterol, minimizing the risks of cancer, and boosting the immunity system. It is basically rich in anti-oxidants which accounts for longevity too.

But other than such familiar effects, did you know that tea is highly effective on hair as well? Are you suffering from hair loss and brittle hair? Well, the- tea is probably the answer you are looking for!
Hair loss occurs for a number of reasons like:
Stress, anxiety and worries.
Prolonged illnesses like typhoid, jaundice and malaria,
Hormonal imbalance,
Infections,
Pregnancy, and
Medication.
But the two main factors which cause hair loss the most are DHT factor and loss of blood circulation to your hair follicles. Green tea can be the solution to these two problems, and if you were wondering how, here is your answer:
How can Green Tea combat against DHT factor?
Before we delved deeper into science, it would help to know what DHT factor stands for. It is an acronym for DiHydro Testosterone, which is produced by a particular enzyme (called 5Aplpha) in the body along with testosterone. This DHT then attaches itself to the hair follicles thus shrinking the size of the latter. This is sometimes aggravated by genetic reasons as well, which is why hair loss is also depended on your genetic history.
The only solution here to reduce the effects of DHT is to block it. There are some drugs in the market like Propecia that can lessen the amount of 5 Aplha in your body, but the side effects include lower libido, less semen production etc. However, green tea seems to be a natural when it comes to blocking DHT, and this all natural goalie will do so, without embarrassing you in bed. How does it work?

Since green tea is a very powerful anti-oxidant, it reduces DHT and Cholesterol in your body. It is a herbal process of fighting against the 5Alpha, thus minimizing the effects of hair follicle reduction. Since it fights against age too, it works like a marvel in strengthening hair strands.
So how does green tea promote blood circulation.
Green tea contains a certain molecule called catechin in oodles. This is helpful in acting as an anti-biotic and anti-carcinogenic. Moreover, catechin also helps in stimulating hair growth. Do you not believe it? Well, here is what Saitama Cancer Center Research Institute in Japan has to say about it:
“Animal model research studies indicate that green tea catechins have a variety of actions. Rats that were given green tea derived epicatechins showed vasorelaxation. Arteries that were induced to contract were found to relax again after administration of catechins (Huang 1998), so green tea may aid cardiovascular activity and micro capillary circulation to hair follicles.” Click here for more information.

So how can you use Green Tea to reduce Hair loss?
There are three main ways that you can follow to gain the maximum benefits of green tea:

Drink tea daily. You may even take tea capsules, but it is best to drink it. This will relax your blood vessels, thus supporting proper blood circulation which will enrich your hair follicles with more nutrition.
Massage your scalp with your fingers in a circular motion by adding the right amount of pressure. When you use any product for scalp massage, make sure it involves tea as the main ingredient.
Use shampoos containing green tea. You can even use plain tea leaves while washing your hair to cleanse your scalp perfectly. Often dirty scalps are the reason for hair loss and scalp infections.
This is a process that should last for at least 6 to 12 months if you want a long lasting effect. Moreover, even if you can't be bothered about hair loss for being naturally endowed with great bountiful hair, you can nourish it every day with the natural moisturizer- green tea.
