Diet Tips from Specialist =)

today just simple message about our diet ..that i focusing on tips. short and meaningful.easy to apply in our daily life.insyallah =)
when it comes to diet,,, women are talking too much about it compared to men..
also same goes with food...=)

ok now, i'll show u a simple note that I jotted down last few years maybe..

ok,,those who not understand my doctor-writing,=) here:

healthy diet
1-don't have TEA @ COFFEE first thing in the morning on an empty stomach-start the day with fruits/dry fruits/milk
2-eat within 10 minutes of rising
3-eat every two hours
4-eat more when active, less active eat less!!
5-eat two hours prior to bedtime
6-eat full fat version instead of low fat substitutes
7-sugar is a better option than sweetener
8-not use coffee/tea to mask hunger
9-eat healthy wholesome and fresh food. Avoid packaged variety
10-say no to juices. Eat the whole fruit food instead
11-stop counting calories
12-plan for indulgence
13-drink plenty of water daily
